歲序常新 奮楫篤行｜三維鋼構(gòu)年度表彰大會(huì)圓滿舉行

    時(shí)序更替，華章日新；步履不停，逐光而行。2 月 28 日，三維鋼構(gòu)2025年度表彰大會(huì)隆重召開。  

Time moves forward, and a new chapter unfolds;we keep marching forward, chasing the light.On February 28, the Annual Outstanding Staff Commendation Conference of Sunway was grandly held.

       2025年是公司搶抓機(jī)遇、全面發(fā)展、開拓創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵之年，也是全體員工直面挑戰(zhàn)、迎難而上的一年。面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、艱巨繁重的發(fā)展任務(wù)以及各類困難與壓力，全體員工始終同心同德、凝心聚力、砥礪奮進(jìn)，以扎實(shí)的作風(fēng)、務(wù)實(shí)的行動(dòng)推動(dòng)各項(xiàng)工作穩(wěn)步向前。在攻堅(jiān)克難、實(shí)干拼搏的過程中，公司各條戰(zhàn)線、各個(gè)崗位上不斷涌現(xiàn)出一批又一批信念堅(jiān)定、擔(dān)當(dāng)作為、實(shí)績(jī)突出的先進(jìn)典型，成為激勵(lì)全體員工奮勇前行的榜樣力量。

Last year was a key year for the company’s all-round development and innovation, and also a year of facing challenges and moving forward with courage. Faced with the complex and volatile market environment and various difficulties and challenges, all employees worked together and forged ahead. A number of admirable and exemplary role models have emerged in all fronts.

They include outstanding individuals who overcome difficulties with perseverance, excellent teams that work together for common goals, and safety pacesetters who adhere to safety bottom lines, build strong protection barriers and prevent risks effectively.

      本次表彰大會(huì)的召開，旨在隆重表彰先進(jìn)、樹立鮮明導(dǎo)向、傳遞榜樣力量，進(jìn)一步激發(fā)全體員工干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的熱情與動(dòng)力。大會(huì)期間，公司對(duì) 2025年度表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異且成績(jī)突出的優(yōu)秀員工、安全標(biāo)兵、先進(jìn)部門、安全生產(chǎn)先進(jìn)單位等進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)頒獎(jiǎng)，向每一位奮斗者、奉獻(xiàn)者致以崇高的敬意與感謝。

The commendation conference aims to commend the advanced, set examples and gather strength. During the conference, the company grandly awarded outstanding employees, safety pacesetters, advanced departments, advanced work safety units (teams) and excellent cooperative partners of 2025.

      公司黨支部書記楊維洪向所有獲獎(jiǎng)個(gè)人及集體表示熱烈祝賀，充分肯定了大家過去一年為公司發(fā)展作出的積極貢獻(xiàn)，并圍繞新一年的工作目標(biāo)，提出了殷切期望與明確要求。大會(huì)最后，楊書記對(duì)新一年重點(diǎn)工作進(jìn)行全面總結(jié)與系統(tǒng)部署，為公司接下來的發(fā)展指明方向、統(tǒng)一思想、凝聚共識(shí)。

Yang Weihong, Secretary of the Party Branch, extended warm congratulations to all winners and put forward new expectations and requirements for the work in 2026. At the end of the conference, Secretary Yang summarized and arranged the work for the new year.We seize opportunities in challenges and achieve glory through endeavor.

2026 is a year full of hope and opportunities.
