近日，2025 年山東省 “技能興魯” 職業(yè)技能大賽 —— 第五屆山東省住建行業(yè)職業(yè)技能競賽（涂裝工）順利舉辦并圓滿收官。
Recently, the 2025 Shandong "Skills Promote Shandong" Vocational Skills Competition — the 5th Shandong Construction Industry Vocational Skills Competition (Painter) was successfully held.
作為省級職業(yè)技能競賽，本次大賽由山東省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳主辦，特邀山東建筑大學(xué)鑒定檢測中心有限公司組成裁判組，緊密對接行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與職業(yè)技能鑒定要求，設(shè)置了理論考試、實(shí)操考核等多個競賽環(huán)節(jié)。實(shí)操考核中，選手需在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成表面處理、底漆涂刷、面漆噴涂、色彩調(diào)配等一系列復(fù)雜任務(wù)，評委團(tuán)隊(duì)從施工規(guī)范性、涂層平整度、色彩均勻性、光澤度及細(xì)節(jié)處理等多個維度進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格評審，全面檢驗(yàn)選手的技術(shù)能力與職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
As a provincial vocational skills competition, this event was hosted by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shandong Province. The referee team was specially invited from Shandong Jianzhu University Appraisal & Testing Center Co., Ltd., closely aligned with industry standards and vocational skill appraisal requirements. It included multiple sections such as theoretical tests and practical assessments.In the practical part, competitors needed to finish a series of complex tasks (surface preparation, primer application, topcoat spraying, color mixing, etc.) within the specified time. The jury conducted strict evaluations based on construction compliance, coating flatness, color uniformity, glossiness and detail handling, to fully assess the competitors' technical capabilities and professional qualities.
賽場上，選手們沉著冷靜，認(rèn)真作答、細(xì)致操作，完美將自己所學(xué)所練施展于比賽之中，展示了精湛的技術(shù)技能和高超的專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)。經(jīng)過激烈角逐，三維鋼構(gòu)噴涂操作師傅金延正以零失誤表現(xiàn)摘得一等獎，任沖穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮獲個人優(yōu)秀獎，為企業(yè)贏得榮譽(yù)。
On the competition floor, all participants stayed calm and focused, answering questions earnestly and performing operations meticulously. They perfectly applied their learned skills in the competition, demonstrating exquisite craftsmanship and superior professional standards.After fierce competition, Jin Yanzheng, a spraying technician from Sunway, won the first prize with a flawless performance. Ren Chong also delivered a steady showing and earned an Individual Excellence Award, bringing great honor to the company.
